Protective's F&I training course is a 5-day course designed to give the F&I professional all the tools to satisfy dealership needs, customer needs and his personal goals and aspirations. A variety of topics are included in the course including but not limited to: Menu Selling, Laws & Regulations, Objection Handling, and Videotaped Role-Playing. Courses are taught by trainers who are in the field everyday and understand the issues dealers face. Customized training is also available.
